Nhi Doan, DMD

Dr. Nhi Doan is a compassionate general dentist dedicated to creating positive dental experiences for patients of all ages, with a special passion for treating children. She believes every patient deserves to feel safe, heard, and comfortable during their dental visits, and she strives to build lasting relationships through kindness, patience, and personalized care.

Dr. Doan earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Florida College of Dentistry. She also received her Bachelor of Science in Biology, graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of Florida. Committed to providing comprehensive, high-quality care, Dr. Doan has completed continuing education focused on pediatric dentistry and enjoys working with children of all ages, including those with varying dental and behavioral needs. She emphasizes preventive care, patient education, and helping families feel confident in maintaining lifelong oral health. By explaining treatments in an easy-to-understand way and creating a welcoming environment, she helps patients feel at ease while building trust and confidence in dental care.

During dental school, Dr. Doan volunteered with the FREEDOM Clinic, WeCare Clinic, and Super Sealant Saturday, providing dental care and preventive services to underserved children and families throughout the Gainesville community. She also volunteered with TOP Soccer, supporting children with special needs through adaptive recreational activities.

Dr. Doan is an affiliate member of the American Association of Pediatric Dentistry and a member of the American Dental Association and the Florida Dental Association. She is fluent in both English and Vietnamese, allowing her to connect with a diverse patient population. Outside the office, she enjoys reading, exploring new restaurants, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
